Island Hotel Room 30

wouldnt stay again. not a good hotel for kids. no tv in the room. also paper thin walls kept us awake. staff is great but the building is falling apart. Our room was so slanted my baby could barely keep her balance.

Staying at this historic hotel in Cedar Key felt like stepping back in time. Full of character, stories, and old Florida charm, it offers a unique experience you won’t find in modern hotels. The atmosphere is authentic, the staff is welcoming, and every corner seems to have a story to tell. The dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was absolutely wonderful and made the experience even more memorable. If you appreciate history and places with soul, this is a place worth visiting.

We loved the antique decor at the Island Hotel and the friendly, helpful staff. We enjoyed spending time on the upper porch and relaxing. Thank you for providing coffee and ice when we needed some. The meal in the dining room was absolutely top notch. The location to the beach and to other eateries was perfect and in short walking distance. We would love to return!
