Island Hotel Room 29

Room 29 was spacious and clean. The hotel has its own restaurant and is conveniently located within walking distance of the pier, a park, shops and other eateries. I enjoyed my visit and would return to the Island Hotel and Restaurant.

Staff was super friendly and nice. The room and in fact, the entire hotel, was clean. The bed was so comfortable. Food was very good. Stayed up on the balcony for hours just relaxing. Water pressure for the shower wasn’t the greatest, and it was a small bathroom, but that’s old buildings for you. Didn’t see any ghosts 🙁

This property is a step back in time to old Florida and we come as often as we can. The local economy needs our support as they continue to recover from two back to back hurricanes and the hard working citizens have done an outstanding job of putting their amazing community back together. Delicious food, wonderful service and breathtaking environmental wildlife experience. Take a two hour boat ride with Captain Doug. Enjoy superb dining at the Island hotel, too.

Very quaint, friendly, LOTS of character. Loved everything about the hotel. Would stay again!!
